Telemedicine involves remote consultation with a licensed clinician via chat/call/video. No physical exam may be performed. You may be asked to attend an in-person visit when necessary.
Provide accurate history; inform us of changes; confirm your identity and current location in Nigeria. Emergency issues cannot be resolved via Telemedicine; Emergencies should go to urgent care immediately.
This service does not handle emergencies. If you have severe symptoms (e.g., chest pain, difficulty breathing, heavy bleeding), seek urgent care now.
Our role. We provide the technical infrastructure that connects you with licensed clinicians.
Verification. Before any clinician can consult on the XCare Con platform, they must have verified:
Access maybe suspended if status cannot be confirmed or if concerns arise.
Prescribing. Only the attending clinician may prescribe. Prescribing follows applicable Nigerian laws and professional standards, and some medicines cannot be prescribed via telemedicine or may require an in-person review or identity verification.
